Quit Smoking - The Truth Behind Nicotine Addiction
The Truth Behind Nicotine Addiction
- Most of us start smoking in our teenage years (some have smoked longer then not smoked);
- Every time we light up, we move our hand to our mouth about 20 times, so for a 20-a-day smoker, this habit is reinforced some 400 times;
- Nicotine is also very addictive, so very soon, the only way to balance our body is to smoke;
- We link good times and bad times with smoking cigarettes creating false link-ups.
If drugs could be re-classified today, then I can assure you that cigarettes would not get in, and would end up as a class-a drug. Smoking on a regular basis causes untold damage to the body and even premature death. This is why the NHS spends a fortune trying to get people to quit smoking – nothing wrong with that, but the methods they use probably make sense to a monkey but no one else. The government and the NHS has been slated by the Audit Commission, over and over again, on their costly and ineffective stop smoking methods (some people in the NHS make as much as £150, to get you to quit for just 4 weeks out of 12), but all of this falls on deaf ears (the NHS have their own agenda that only they can understand). Stop smoking adviser Harry Singer pocketed £90,000 with made-up quitters. Some chemists are under investigation by New Scotland Yard for claiming money for bogus smokers. One doctor has accused his colleagues of deceiving the public in order to protect their own existence, calling their ridiculous offering as ‘Junk Medicine’.
These Are The Misconceptions Held By Smokers:
- It helps me Relax;
- It helps me concentrate;
- It releases stress;
- It helps me sleep;
- It releases boredom.
Exactly the opposite is true for all of these, but it still does not stop people smoking cigarettes. These are all just irrational reasons to justify a filthy habit, that is slowly killing them.
Electronic Cigarettes – Miracle Or Menace?
The BMA is worried that the more people start using e-cigarettes the more it will normalise something that looks like smoking. They have called for the ban on smoking in public places to be extended to e-cigarettes.
Daft idea’s have no limit do they?
So What Stops Smokers Seeking Help?
“You succeeded when the full might of the NHS failed. I quit smoking instantly with your help. Peter Maxwell (descendent of the great Robert Maxwell)”
This is again an irrational fear. If you think about it, why would you miss anything if your unconscious mind does not want you to have it? Did you miss smoking cigarettes before you got addicted to it? So after successful therapy, your mind will return to the same state it was before you started smoking cigarettes, you will not miss anything, not a sausage! Your willpower will be boosted so you can turn your back in this disgusting habit and you will also be able to sleep with smoking cigarettes.
However, if you fall of the wagon at any time within 12-months, we will put you back on track without further charge, to make sure that not only that you quit, but stay quit. After 12-months, if you ever relapse you don’t have to re-enter the full programme like a rehab or be kept waiting for six months like the NHS, but pay us for one session and quit smoking cigarettes again. The programme is designed to keep you quit smoking cigarettes for life.
Can We Get People To Quit Smoking In A Day?
We Failed To Quit Smoking With Every Method The NHS Has In It’s Toolkit
Here is a playlist of people who feel they have been let down by the NHS but quit easily with our help. Not only did they quit, but they do so without side effects such as putting on weight or getting depressed.
About 90% of our clients have already tried patches and pills. Some people have failed as many as six times with the NHS before they come to see us. Here are six people including an Occupational Health Officer for the NHS describing the orthodox quit-smoking methodology results which neither helped her nor her clients to quit smoking. Then she came to see us and quit easily with our help in the very first two-hour session. Another person describes how he has been trying to quit with the NHS for over 15-yaers without success. Others describe how they put on weight or got depressed after quitting smoking with the NHS:
Here is a full playlist of people who have quit smoking cigarettes, cannabis, crack-cocaine and heroin with our help.
We Put Our Life In Mortal Danger In Order To Quit Smoking Cigarettes with the NHS
Chances are that the downing of the German Airbus a few months ago, was the result of the co-pilot being on anti-depressants, with similar suicidal side-effects as Cham-pix. The FDA needs to expand it’s requirement that anyone responsible for an aeroplane should not be on anti-psychotic drugs of any sort (Cham-pix, Zy-ban and Anti-depressants).
Now, Moving Onto Our Safe Holistic Methods:
Overcoming any addiction with our system is much easier because it affords true freedom at all levels: Bioresonance + Laser + Solid Hypnotherapy + Luggage of Life Programme = TRUE MENTAL, PHYSICAL and EMOTIONAL FREEDOM! Because this system also deals with the HABIT you don’t put on weight or become depressed after you overcome your addiction.
The Problem With Quitting Smoking
“The problem with smokers is that they have money to burn on cigarettes but do not have two pennies to rub together to finance a quit smoking programme. So rather than doing the right thing, and going to an expert, pay a decent amount of money, get their life back, and start to save lots of money and their health they try and find free methods. Most smokers are under the illusion that some charities such as the ASH and QUIT must be very good, then feel disappointed when they have wasted their time going to pointless meetings listening to other peoples problems, which in-itself is enough to do anyone’s head-in. The next point of call are the Government Quangos (such as Aquarius and the NHS – they have endless pockets so they must be good – wrong, these are the most useless of all options, most don’t have a clue. The next thing is counselling some people still continue to smoke after 9 months of treatment. Then they visit a sub-standard hypnotherapist charging them a small fee per session, most will fail dramatically and will rubbish hypnotherapy forever. The odd one will see through all the hype and the bull, go to a really good hypnotherapist, pay for a one year programme and get their life back, and start to save money and their health. Money is not really an excuse as you can get someone else to pay for the therapy using a credit card allowing you to come over, stay overnight, and go home the next day with zero desire for cigarettes – yes, it’s as simple as that. Once you have quit smoking with our help, you can pay back your sponsor within six weeks. Distance is also no excuse for a life changing programme, people travel half the way around the world to seek our help. You can make life more complicated then it really is, or you can act now, make that call, and get your life back with our help.” (Shokat with his wife Nazish).
Other Methods Of Giving Up Smoking
Giving up smoking alone is not impossible with the help of a support network and advice from professionals. However, it is incredibility difficult…
Rehabs, NHS and Government Quangos
Rehabs are very expensive and use the same sort of medication as the NHS, which for the vast majority of people simply does not work. Many people start smoking within weeks or months of coming out.
The NHS has no real answers apart from medication. Taking such dangerous drugs could also have serious health repercussions.
Government Quangos work in a very similar way to the charities like ASH and endorse dangerous and ineffective drugs to help you quit smoking cigarettes.
Counselling, CBT, Mindfullness
The problem with counselling, CBT or Mindfulness is that these techniques get you to understand your problem but they do not make it easy for you to quit smoking. Anything that does not work at the unconscious level cannot make the processes of quitting smoking easy, or give you the necessary willpower to stay quit – therefore these methods do not work.
Some of our clients have had six months to a year of counselling, CBT or mindfulness and have quit for a few weeks to months but have ultimately returned to smoking cigarettes.
ASH
This charity has ignored hypnotherapy even when well conducted clinical trials were shown to them and continue to endorse dangerous and ineffective drug based methods.
Allan Carr Book And Clinics
This uses psychology and a mild form of hypnotherapy and has helped many people quit smoking. The book has helped millions of people quit smoking and is a good place to start if you are serious about quitting.
EFT/TFT/TAT/EMDR/Acupuncture/Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy
These methods when combined with other things can be effective for emotional problems and habits. However, most hypnotherapists are pretty useless with smoking addiction – you need to go to a really good hypnotherapist and be willing to pay a decent amount of money for their help. A really good hypnotherapist is worth their weight in gold.
Life Principles Combined System
It does not matter how much you are smoking or for how long. Everyone* quits smoking with us.
Hypnosis works extremely well with your desire. So if you have a burning desire to be free from the slavery of nicotine addiction and are hypnotisable then the programme can be successful. If you can sleep then you can be hypnotised – we can hypnotise over 95% of the people with our unique overnight stay programme and the remaining 5% using our three day programme – it’s impossible to fail with our help. Not only do we use our unique hypnosis to help you quit, but also a combination of NLP, Timeline, Clean Language, Blue-Light-Healing, laser and a Bioresonance system (we don’t publish all of our secrets).
If you can follow simple instructions (are teachable), can do as you are told and do not abort the programme prematurely, then it is virtually impossible to fail. We never give up on our clients unless they give up on themselves. Therefore, the word “failure” is simply not part of our vocabulary.
You will lose all desire to smoke in the first two-hour session. It will be fast, easy, effortless like a light switch has just gone off in your mind. Also, your willpower will be boosted vastly making it easy for you to turn your back on your self-destructive behaviour(s). That night and every night you will sleep like a baby. In the second session we will re-enforce the suggestions, then remove all negative emotions from your past. We will help you come to terms with your loss (bereavement), making you more emotionally resilient so you can cope with life without your “emotional crutch” or “the urge to smoke” or “or mourn your loss”.
With our multi-disciplined approach you will not suffer from any unwanted side effects such as putting on weight or becoming depressed or both. After successful therapy session you will not only lose all desire to smoke, but you will also experience an incredible freedom from the slavery of smoking, and as time goes along, you will spend less and less time thinking about it. Even if you have an occasional slip-up, you will still not revert to the way you were before the therapy as it takes time, effort, and repetition to undo the therapy. However, as we look after you for 12-months at no extra charge, you can simply call us, and in one free two-hour session lose all your desire to smoke again.
If you go through the NHS or any of the government programmes and relapse, then they will keep you on a waiting list from 6-12 months, before you can re-enter the programme. With us, even after the 12-month guarantee, if you ever relapse, you simply pay us for one session and we get you to quit smoking again as easily as the first time.
How the NHS treats nicotine addiction compared to people like us?
NHS Stop Smoking Services
The NHS Stop Smoking Services in England and Wales were established in 2000. The number of people using them grew year on year, rising to over 800,000 in 2011-12.6,7 Since then attendance has fallen, although among those who have attended quit rates have remained at around 50%. An evaluation of the effectiveness of the services found four-week validated quit rates of 53% and 15% at one year. By comparison the 12-month quit rate among people who attempt to quit unaided is estimated to be about 4%. A review of the English stop smoking services found that over the first ten years of operation they helped an estimated 20,000 people to achieve long-term abstinence. The NHS website offers advice on quitting together with details of your local Stop Smoking Service.
NHS success rates for patients who have stopped smoking for a year are appropriately 15%. This is by any accounts, a very poor result.
It costs the NHS £500 per person on the NHS quit smoking programme. So to get just one person to quit smoking for four weeks out of twelve it costs £943.40 (£500 x 100) / 53). To everyone person who has remained a non-smoker for 12 months, it costs a staggering £3,333.33 ((£500 x 100) / 15). On top of this, for each “success” (remaining quit for 4 weeks out of 12) the patient’s GP pockets £100, the smoking caesarian counselor gets £100, the pharmacy gets £200 and drug companies get millions.
Now why do they use such ineffective methods and get away with it for so long? The following may explain why:
Stop smoking adviser Harry Singer pocketed £90,000 with bogus quitters
Harry Singer had single-handedly helped 2,017 people to stop smoking in six months, receiving £45 from the health service for each successful case. His efforts with patches, gum and willpower allowed the NHS trust to shatter its local target and earned him a nomination for a national Stop Smoking Supporter award. There was only one problem: none of his success stories was genuine.
The Times, August 21, 2008
Now lets look at long term success rate of the orthodox quit smoking treatments:
“Quitting smoking for good is tough, even with the help of a nicotine patch.
A new study by researcher Patricia Yudkin, of the University of Oxford, U.K., shows only 5% of people who participated in a study of a nicotine patch were still not smoking eight years after the study ended.”
British Medical Journal; July 3, 2003.
This is truly awful because three percent would have quit naturally so only two percent have actually quit with the NHS. So lets look at the figures involved?
In the year 2011 the NHS saw 800,000 people to quit smoking. In that year alone, it has cost the NHS a staggering £500 x 800,000 = £400,000,000 which has been shared between the patient’s GP, the smoking caesarian counselor and the drug companies. So over eight years, it has cost the taxpayer 3.2 Billion pounds for something that only has a long term success rate of just two percent.
Upton Sinclair — ‘It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.’
We found one study on quitting smoking with hypnosis/hypnotherapy, and one on quitting smoking with Laser Acupuncture and one on quitting smoking with Bioresonance therapy. Combine the three things together with a person’s desire and the result can seem like magic.
Quitting Smoking Cigarettes Using Our Multi-Disciplined System Has A Far Higher Success Rate Than Any NHS Or Drug Based Method:
Quitting Smoking Cigarettes Using Our Multi-Disciplined System Has A Far Higher Success Rate Than Any NHS Or Drug Based Method:
How Does Our System Differ From Others?
Is The Treatment Provided By The Medical Profession Essential Or Necessary?
Do We Discourage Essential And Necessary Treatment?
Not at all and we have no intention of doing that. We offer an alternative treatment alongside the statuary provisions that are safer, more effective and much faster at a fraction of the cost.
People only go private and pay for the treatment after they have failed repeatedly on the NHS and with the methods used by the medical profession. No one enjoys paying money to quit smoking cigarettes when they can do that free on the NHS. These people only turn to alternative treatments when the orthodox treatments have failed them over and over again. About 1% of the people we see have not gone through the NHS before coming to see us. No one can discourage anyone from taking advantage of their statutory provisions, which is everyone’s right in the UK.
Nicotine Addiction Treatment – The NHS vs Life Principles (us!):
- The NHS methods can be dangerous – our methods are safe;
- The NHS method is very long winded – ours is extremely fast;
- The NHS’ relapse rate is high – our relapse rate is almost non-existent;
- The NHS method of measuring success is unscientific – our method of measuring success is highly scientific;
- The NHS can spend thousands on each patient to get them to quit gambling – we charge a fraction of that;
- The NHS has no idea how long people quit smoking after their treatment – we chart the successes of our clients over 12 months;
- The NHS do not provide value for money – we provide outstanding value for money.
Do We Need A New Criteria For Measuring Success In The NHS?
Our Campaign For Justice In The Health Industry
The corruption in the heath industry was covered by our campaign in 2010 where we wrote to everyone in Government including The Prime Minister, David Cameron, people in The House of Lords and finally Her Majesty The Queen.
The first link is a letter about the legalised corruption in the medical profession and the NHS and why state funded monopolies are bad for us. The second link is a response from Buckingham Palace.
A Real Case Study Of The NHS And Rehabs Compared To Our Methods:
In this interview you can see the effectiveness of the therapy five weeks later. What this person could not achieve with the full might of the NHS, he managed to achieve in just two, two-hour session with us. Why the NHS don’t endorse such therapies is totally beyond me?
We are going to see this couple in another two months time for another interview then every three months over 12 months.
If there is any intelligent life in the NHS then someone in the NHS ought to look at this and learn something from it. How can you continue to hide behind a lie called ‘the evidence bases system’ and ignore self-evident truth?
