Shokat has had a varied career. For the first 10 years of his working life he has worked as a Freelance Electronics Engineer after graduating from DeMontford University in Leicester.

Shokat studied part-time for eight years with the Open University obtaining a Upper Second Class Honours Degree in Software Engineering and later a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology. Shokat became a Chartered Engineer with the British Computer Society and worked as a very successful Freelance Software Engineer for next 10 years but eventually gave that up for his love of Preventative Health Care.

Shokat working at Marconi Avionics back in 1978 as an Electronics Engineer. Shokat has many projects to his credit including the communication system in the New York Underground Railways. At BT Marltsham Heath research labs he also made a contribution to the highly successful Works Manager project.

Shokat developed his passion for Preventative Health care after overcoming his own health challenge 15 years ago (the medial profession had given up on him). Since than he has studied hundreds of books on the mind, body, nutrition, exercise and how the pollution in our food and our environment effects our health. He also obtained many qualifications in the field of human excellence finally leading to a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy in 2004.

In 2005 Shokat was invited to appear on the Raj TV Health programme. In the first programme Shokat helped Said Khan, the presenter to stop smoking on TV in just one session. Later Shokat went on to help Said Khan take control of his eating habits. The programme was so well received that Shokat ended up with his own TV programme called 'Shokat Treatment'.

Shokat is the only hypnotherapies in the UK who has managed to get someone to quit smoking cigarettes/cannabis and overcome cocaine/alcohol abuse live on TV.

She had been suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) for many years and nobody had been able to help her. After six months of seeing Shokat Dee's IBS has been cured for good

Later on in 2006 Shokat also became the presenter of his own TV Shows with full autonomy on the programme content. He has made about 10 episodes so far. The programmes ranged from Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Acute Fatigue Syndrome (ME), Cannabis Abuse, Cocaine Abuse, Confidence, Alcohol Abuse to Public speaking.

Shokat is seen talking to Liz helping her overcome a 30 year problem with alcohol abuse. Liz not only give up drinking alcohol but also lost about two stones in weight. She came to see Shokat when her sister overcame her Acute Fatigue Syndrome (ME) and her nephew stopped smoking cigarettes with his help. Liz's sister used to suffer very badly from insomnia but this has been totally eradicated since coming to see Shokat.

This is a story of how Barbara from Yorkshire and Camilla from Ireland regained control of their lives from alcohol, cigarettes, cannabis, cocaine, social phobia and weight problems. This was aired at the start of 2008.

Barbara later went on to make another TV progrmme with Shokat on the use of hypnotheapy for weight loss.

Bobby (Son), graduated from Oxford with a MSc in Biochemistry. He took two years out as a very successful freelance Software Engineer finally going back to Oxford in 2003 to study his PhD in Biochemistry. Bobby is responsible for advice on preventative health care issues. His lesser role is the maintenance of this website.

Isha (Daughter), graduated with a 2.1 honours degree in English Language from Manchester University in 2003. Her first job was teaching English at a university in Tokyo for one and half years. Isha is responsible for the documentation set and assistance with advertising.

Nazi (Wife) is educated to a Degree level. She is responsible for the administration and the day to day running of the business. Her dedication behind the scenes keeps everything running smoothly.

We never stops improving things. We have acquired three bioresonance systems, two deepening systems, the beatutytek system and a low power laser system. We are now about to launch into wellness in a big way. We have spent many hours investigating the way forward with our ambition to offer real and practical solutions to life's challenges both mental and physical. Seen on the right are our low power laser unit and our Bioresonance system. These systems have so many medical uses. However, we will also be using them in a different way to help people stop smoking or lose weight. Hypnotherapy is the best method but for people who just can't relax we will use other methods. These systems together with the use of Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Energy Field Therapy (EFT) will be used for for most conditions which would otherwise involve hypnotherapy such as acute anxiety to clinical depression.
